We specialize in direct investments of equity and convertible securities, merger and acquisition advisory services and financial restructuring services. The firm’s clients include both publicly-traded and closely-held companies. Our operations have evolved from a combination of investment banking, merchant banking and venture capital-related activities. Turner Hughes typically acts as placement agent for amounts of $1 million to $50 million.

Turner Hughes in some cases will act as principle or joint venture in certain deals and transactions.
